Withdrawal from the contract

This form is used to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.

How to proceed correctly - step by step:

  1. Enter your order number and the email address you used when making your purchase. Other information will be filled in automatically (you can edit it if necessary).
  2. Select the item you wish to return. If you are returning multiple items at once, please list them in the notes (we are working on improving the form).
  3. Provide your bank account number in IBAN format.
  4. If you have any notes regarding the return or wish to attach a photo (for example, in case of damage), use the field provided for this purpose.
  5. By clicking the "Confirm withdrawal" button, you confirm your withdrawal from the contract.
