Are you not happy with the product/s? Never mind! You can simply exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt.
1. INFORM US
EXCHANGE - let us know what you're exchanging and what you need us to provide (we'll reserve the item for you or order it if necessary) - office@dance-shop.cz
RETURNS - we recommend using the "Withdrawal from Contract" button
2. DELIVER THE GOODS TO US
Please provide the courier with our contact details: +420 777 223 683, email@dance-shop.cz. Please never send goods with cash on delivery.

- the Packeta delivery spot
- download the application "Packeta" in your mobile
- select "Send a parcel"
- select "Standard parcel"
- enter our name, phone and email "Dance shop, 777223683, email@dance-shop.cz"
- select "Delivery to pickup point"
- find the pickup point "Novobranská 80/10, Brno"
- then you get to "Parcel summary"
- choose the form of payment - Card online or Google Pay
- then you will receive a code for sending it
- hand over the package with the password to the nearest Packeta place, they'll print out a label for the package
- request a confirmation of shipment delivery
- Slovak customers can use our P.O.BOX in SK

3. PLEASE NOTE
Don't forget to include your invoice or order number in the parcel so we can process your exchange or return easily.
We'd appreciate it if you return the goods with tags attached, in original packaging and unworn. The customer covers shipping costs. We'll cover the shipping cost of the exchanged goods.
