Exchange & Return
Are you not happy with the product/s? Never mind!
Simply exchange or return it. You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days since delivered. We will pay for the transport of the exchanged goods for you. You only cover the expenses of shipping it back to us.
We recommend to return the goods unworn. We will be glad if you return the goods with the tags and in the original packaging.
Recommended procedure
Please inform us about the exchange or return at office@dance-shop.cz
EXCHANGE - tell us what which item do you return and which you'll want in exchange (we will book it for you if currently available)
RETURN - tell us what you return and let us know your account number ahead (foreigners in the international IBAN format)
Then send the goods to our store or to the Packeta delivery spot:

Download the application "Packeta" in your mobile
- select "Ship a parcel"
- select "Standard package"
- enter our name, phone number and email " Dance shop, 777223683, email@dance-shop.cz"
- select "Point delivery"
- search for the delivery point " Novobranská 80/10, Brno, 602 00 "
- then you get to "Parcel summary"
- choose the form of payment - Card online or Google Pay
- then you will receive a code for sending it
- hand over the package with the password to the nearest Packeta place, they'll print out a label for the package
- request a confirmation of shipment delivery
